NIU Academy Policies

REGISTRATION
There is NO REGISTRATION FEE at NIU Wushu Kung Fu Academy. An online registration form MUST be completed and submitted by the student self, or, a parent/guardian if the student is under 18.

TUITION PAYMENT
- The tuition of all programs listed on the tuition page is a quarterly system,  the amounts are based on a three-month pay cycle.
- Tuition is due the week before the start of the new quarter which will be reconfirmed via email.
* ALL TUITION AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

ABSENCES and MAKE-UPS
- Currently, there are NO MAKE-UPS.

DRESS CODE, GEAR & EQUIPMENT
- Students are expected to be in athletic attire with specific martial arts footwear approved by the coach.
- For safety reasons, students are not permitted to wear jewelry during any class.
- Hair should be in a neat, well-secured bun, long hair needs to be pulled back off of face tightly.
- The uniform should be properly put on, need to check if the pants are inside-out, or if the shoes are untied.
