Ethan Niu wins his position in 2019 U.S. National Team

CONGRATULATIONS! NIU Academy Student, Ethan Niu, was competing against 47 top male athletes from all over the country in 2019 US Wushu Taolu Team Trial, San Jose, CA last weekend. After two days intense competition, 16 athletes were selected, Ethan was ranked at 11, he made it to the national team!

It has been a long way for Ethan to go this far, there was tough times he was feeling tired and frustrated at training, there were times he had to juggle among his heavy school works, track'n field training and tutoring jobs to make it to the team training, not to forget a number of times he was tasting the failures at the tournaments, but those are part of the progress to become better, now all those hard work has been paid off. Ethan still has more challenges and goals in front of him to be reached, but I can clearly see his strong and fearless character is forming, which is the best benefit from practicing in wushu!

Ethan stayed with group-A difficult movements in has changquan.
